2.4 Account Security

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

y9bet may request documents such as a national ID card, passport, or other documents to verify a member's identity, residence, or source of funds when necessary. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

y9bet currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. If the list of services changes, it will be updated on the platform.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

3.3 Deposit Ownership

You may only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted, and such transactions will be returned or investigated.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for bonuses is 10 times the bonus amount. Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing winnings. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the sum of the deposit and bonus.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Only one welcome bonus applies per account.
• If there are specific instructions to follow when depositing to receive a bonus, those must be followed.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned after meeting the wagering requirements are withdrawable.
• y9bet reserves the right to cancel a bonus under special circumstances.

4.4 VIP Program Cashback

Regular members receive weekly cashback based on their VIP tier: Bronze — up to 0.3%, Silver — up to 0.6%, Gold — up to 0.9%, Platinum — up to 1.2%. Cashback has its own terms, which are detailed on the promotions page.

5.1 Validity of Bets

Once a bet has been confirmed as finally accepted, it can no longer be changed or cancelled. y9bet reserves the right to cancel bets that were incorrectly accepted due to a technical error.

5.2 Determination of Results

Sports market results are determined in accordance with announcements by the official sports governing bodies. Casino game results are determined by audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

5.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits apply for each market or game. These limits may vary by game or market category and y9bet reserves the right to change them at any time.

5.4 Game Security & Fairness

y9bet uses secure SSL encryption. Casino games use software from recognized game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi) and comply with fair play principles.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonus benefits.

• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
